The profile we are looking for

  • Higher education (commercial, real estate, marketing or equivalent)
  • Experience in real estate sales (new build = significant asset)
  • Excellent understanding of the real estate market and new build projects
  • Strong business acumen and customer focus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset and results-oriented
  • Autonomy, rigor and organizational skills

Additional assets: Technical knowledge of construction, a solid local network (Walloon Brabant / Namur / Luxembourg) and proficiency with digital tools and CRM will be highly valued.

Your responsibilities:

As a New Real Estate Sales Advisor, you will be at the heart of our projects, with varied and stimulating responsibilities:

🏒 Sales & Business Development:

  • Ensure off-plan sales and marketing of new properties (apartments, houses, commercial spaces, offices, land)
  • Actively develop the client portfolio (prospecting, recommendations, local network)
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales
  • Ensure complete follow-up of files until the signing of the notarial deed
  • Assist clients with technical choices and customizations
  • Organize and monitor site visits with clients

🎯 Marketing & Business Development:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Contribute to the marketing and sales strategy
  • Develop and optimize sales tools (brochures, digital media, sales pitches)
  • Actively participate in defining the commercial offer for projects (positioning, finishes, options) and their launch

  • Ensure project visibility via digital channels (website, social media)
  • Organize and host events (open houses, launches)
  • Ensure consistency and quality of external communication
  • Contribute to the influence of Immolux in its market

πŸ“ Rental Management & Administrative Follow-up:

  • Ensure property rentals
  • Handle administrative follow-up (lease drafting, inventory checks, etc.)

πŸš€ Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

  • Produce regular reports on your performance (sales, conversion rates, deadlines)
  • Identify areas for improvement (product, price, marketing, process)
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization of commercial practices
